1 ORDERS
1.1 What payment methods can I use?

We currently accept all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover. In the future we may decide to offer additional ways to pay. Let us know if you have any specific requests.

1.2 How will my orders be shipped?

All orders are shipped via UPS and may take anywhere from 3-7 days depending on your location. If you require special delivery instructions, don't forget to include that while checking out.

1.3 How long until my order arrives?

Orders take, on average, 1-2 business days to process and pack up. Once everything is all wrapped up, we send it off for shipment, which can take anywhere from an additional 5-7 days to arrive, depending on your shipping address and country.

1.4 Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Every order comes with a tracking number which you will receive once your order is shipped.

1.5 Store Hours?

We are open 7 days a week, with the following exceptions. We are closed Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas. Please contact us for our extended holiday hours at 203-261-7556.

Sat: 10am-5pm ET
Sun: 12pm-4pm ET
